Fusion Arc Hosting Fair Usage Policy

At Fusion Arc Hosting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable hosting services to all our customers. To maintain fairness and prevent any single customer from adversely affecting the performance of our shared hosting environment, we have established this Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This policy outlines the acceptable use of resources across our hosting plans.

1. Applicability

This Fair Usage Policy applies to the following hosting services:

  • Web Hosting Plans: NanoNet, TurboTitan, HyperHaven, UltraMax
  • Reseller Hosting Plans: Elite Reseller, Ultra Reseller, Titan Reseller, Epic Reseller
  • VPS Hosting: All tiers
  • Specialty Hosting Plans: WordPress Hosting, Drupal Hosting, WHMCS Hosting

Note: All Specialty Hosting Plans fall under the corresponding Web Hosting Plans (NanoNet, TurboTitan, HyperHaven, UltraMax) and are subject to the same fair usage policies and limits.

2. Resource Usage

Web Hosting & Specialty Hosting Plans

  • NanoNet Plan ($1.00/month): Storage: 50GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 100,000 inodes) Bandwidth: 10,000 visits/month
  • TurboTitan Plan ($2.95/month): Storage: 80GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 150,000 inodes) Bandwidth: 50,000 visits/month
  • HyperHaven Plan ($3.95/month): Storage: 250GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 250,000 inodes) Bandwidth: 100,000 visits/month
  • UltraMax Plan ($6.95/month): Storage: 450GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 501,000 inodes) Bandwidth: Unlimited visits/month (subject to FUP)

These plans apply to standard web hosting as well as WordPress, Drupal, and WHMCS hosting services. Specialty hosting services are optimized for their respective platforms but adhere to the same resource limits as the standard web hosting plans.

Reseller Hosting Plans

  • Elite Reseller Plan ($12.95/month): Storage: 85GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 100,000 inodes per cPanel account) Bandwidth: 250GB
  • Ultra Reseller Plan ($24.95/month): Storage: 100GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 150,000 inodes per cPanel account) Bandwidth: 400GB
  • Titan Reseller Plan ($34.95/month): Storage: 150GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 250,000 inodes per cPanel account) Bandwidth: 600GB
  • Epic Reseller Plan ($69.95/month): Storage: 250GB (subject to FUP, with a limit of 501,000 inodes per cPanel account) Bandwidth: 1,000GB

3. Fair Usage Limits

  • Inode Limits: The number of files and folders (inodes) on a web hosting, specialty hosting, or reseller hosting account should remain within the specified limits for each plan. Exceeding these inode limits may impact server performance and will result in a review of the account usage. Customers operating within normal disk usage can request an increase in inode limits, subject to approval.
  • Bandwidth & Storage: Generous or unlimited resources are provided to allow flexibility, but users are expected to operate within reasonable limits. Excessive consumption, particularly of bandwidth or storage, may lead to temporary restrictions or a suggestion to upgrade to a higher plan.
  • Unlimited Plans: Plans with unlimited visits or bandwidth are subject to fair use to ensure that no single customer disproportionately consumes resources, affecting the overall service quality for others.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Fusion Arc Hosting actively monitors resource usage to maintain a balanced hosting environment. If we detect excessive or abusive usage that impacts other customers, we will take the following steps:

  • Notification: Inform the customer about the excessive usage and request corrective actions.
  • Guidance: Provide recommendations on optimizing resource usage.
  • Actions: If necessary, we may temporarily limit resources, suspend services, or suggest an upgrade to a more suitable plan.

5. Exceptions and Adjustments

We recognize that some customers may have legitimate needs for higher resource usage. In such cases, please contact our support team to discuss your requirements. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs while ensuring the stability of our shared hosting environment.

6. Policy Amendments

Fusion Arc Hosting reserves the right to amend this Fair Usage Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Fair Usage Policy.
