This policy outlines the acceptable use of resources across our hosting plans.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the services provided by Fusion Arc Hosting and Fusion Arc Telecom, LLC (collectively, "Fusion Arc Hosting"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all users of our services. Fusion Arc Hosting reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
You agree to use Fusion Arc Hosting’s services only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services. Fusion Arc Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to remove any content that violates this AUP or our Terms of Service, with or without notice.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and for ensuring that your users comply with this AUP. The services must be used solely for legitimate business and commercial purposes. You agree not to use the services in any way that could:

Inodes are used to track files and directories on your account. Excessive inode usage can impact server performance. The following inode limits apply:
Accounts exceeding these limits may receive a warning. Continued excessive usage may result in suspension. Accounts with more than 100,000 inodes may be removed from our backup system, but databases will be backed up at our discretion. Users with high inode counts should review and manage their file usage regularly.
Fusion Arc Hosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy for spam. The following actions are prohibited:
Shared hosting accounts are not intended for use as backup or storage devices, except for a single cPanel backup of the account itself. Multiple backup copies or use of accounts as a storage repository is prohibited. Ensure you maintain appropriate backup strategies for your critical data.
Excessive resource usage can affect server stability and performance. The following limitations apply:
Our support team provides initial WHMCS installation assistance. For advanced WHMCS troubleshooting, please contact WHMCS Reseller Support. Resellers are responsible for assisting there customers issues/tickets/and or needs.
In accordance with Section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act, Fusion Arc Hosting will not remove content based on defamation claims unless directed by a court order. We will comply with court orders to remove or disable access to defamatory material as required.
Fusion Arc Hosting reserves the right to investigate any suspected or actual AUP violations. We may:
Fusion Arc Hosting is not responsible for monitoring user activities or content. We disclaim any liability for user-generated content or misuse of our services. We may block access to material that violates this AUP but are not obligated to do so.
